Business Partnership Agreement signed between PropCap and BlackHills Consulting|Expand into China Market

Over the past few decades, China has been among the world’s fastest-growing economies. Its middle class of 340 million exceeds the total US population. Real estate is one of the most important overseas asset allocations for the high-net-worth in China. Data from Cushman & Wakefield shows that overseas real estate investments from China in 2018 was US$15.7 billion. Although cross-border capital allocation is limited by COVID-19 and the global environment, investors from Greater China are expected to maintain their enthusiasm for overseas investment in the coming years. Overseas investors and customers are also optimistic about the medium and long-term fundamentals of properties in first-tier cities of China, and willing to participate in property investment and operation in China through diversified and flexible ways. In Beijing, foreign capital accounted for 22% of the total transaction value of the property investment market in 2021.
