Green-Lifestyle Mortgage
PropCap is honoured to have successfully joined the “Green and Sustainable Fintech Proof-of-Concept Funding Support Scheme”, launched by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) in January 2025.
Through this initiative, we are committed to developing Hong Kong’s “Green-Lifestyle” standards and creating a green mortgage solution that aligns with the needs of local residents. Eligible mortgage applicants who meet the Green-Lifestyle criteria will enjoy exclusive mortgage incentives, encouraging sustainable living and promoting a low-carbon lifestyle.
