Build a Holistic Healthcare Ecosystem

The project is located in Queensland, and is designed to expand the region’s healthcare services by creating a comprehensive and modern medical ecosystem. The development will feature a general hospital, mental health rehabilitation center, day surgery units, medical imaging center, and dental clinics—all aimed at addressing the diverse and growing healthcare needs of Queensland residents.

According to official data from the Redland City Council, approximately 36% of residents living in Cleveland suffer from one or more chronic health conditions. To help alleviate the burden on existing healthcare facilities, the project will include the construction of a new hospital in the Cleveland area, significantly enhancing local healthcare capacity and access.

Moreover, recent statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics reveal that nearly 45.2% of Queensland residents aged 16 to 65 have experienced a mental health condition at some point in their lives. In the past 12 months alone, 23.7% of residents reported dealing with mental health issues—anxiety (19.2%) being the most common, followed by depression (8.6%) and substance abuse/addiction (3.2%). Given these figures, the establishment of a dedicated mental health hospital is both timely and essential. This facility will play a critical role in meeting the escalating demand for mental health services, offering professional, timely, and specialized support to the local community.
