This product mainly supports clients in mortgage applications in Hong Kong when they are purchasing UK properties.

  1. Accept Buy-to-Live or Buy-to-Let Mortgage
  2. Accept residential properties in London, Birmingham and Manchester
  3. Mortgage for property valued at a minimum of GBP 100,000 (negotiable)
  4. Accept Leasehold and Freehold properties
  5. Interest only
  6. Offer currency options for choosing to borrow and repay, including GBP, HKD or USD, etc.
  7. No penalties for early repayment
